Even with the best intentions, things can go wrong. If something does go wrong email us so we can try to resolve it. Good communication creates good outcomes.
You Me Happy PTY LTD endeavours to keep our customers 100% satisfied at all times. If you are dissatisfied with the product you have received, please contact us to discuss.
All orders are packed with care and individually checked prior to dispatch – if a product is delivered damaged, please notify us immediately.
All claims must be received in writing within 48 hours of receipt of your goods. It is essential to include a copy of your order with your return.
Please return your damaged product, using a courier or an insured delivery service eg Australia Post.
If we have agreed to exchange or process a refund for an undamaged product, you are responsible for the freight costs and we must receive the goods back in our office in the original, unopened packaging within 14 days.
We do not refund for incorrect choice, but may, at our discretion issue a credit voucher
Goods sold as stock clearance or on sale will not be accepted for return
You Me Happy PTY LTD will apply a processing fee for exchanged items and the refund/credit value excludes shipping and handling charges If we have sent you the incorrect product, we will be happy to refund both the product and freight charge
